We work across all kind of sectors.
Promoting brownfield over greenfield development, retaining the industrial and commercial shared heritage. Playing our part in the protection and rejuvenation of the built environment.
We have acted on behalf of Intu Trafford Centre for a number of years in relation to strategic as well as principal negotiator with Tenants at Lease end to prepare and submit dilapidations claims to ensure the units are ready for reletting. We have also acted for smaller retailers and regional companies with High Street retail units in Town Centres such as Bolton, including external repairs and new shop fronts.
We undertake due diligence on multi storey office buildings to small detached commercial units for a variety of occupiers and freehold purchasers, ensuring the building meets the requirements on lease obligations, statutory requirements and occupier demands on space.
In 2015 we worked alongside former Director at Ear to the Ground, David Norris on an exciting scheme with the Warehouse Project, and Manchester International Festival in the attempt to redevelop the Mayfield Depot into a international grade Music venue and Exhibition Centre. Regeneration of former industrial heritage.
We have advised owner occupiers over a number of years on specific residential premises. These include either historical heritage properties constructed in vernacular building materials and techniques or commercial properties managed by Asset Managers where service charge provisions and planned maintenance programmes are an issue.
