Project ManagementWe tailor our client project management (PM) service to fit with the clients requirements on the scheme. This can include full time PM services at critical high intensity times, to a monitoring role to ensure compliance. We act as the clients PM (agent) or as PM (principal) in contract.
Design & Contract AdminstrationWhen specific design remedies within our specialist field MGRA will design and prepare the specification for the works. Including full tender documents, usually alongside Engineers. Including appointment of contractors and Contract Administration.

Party Walls Surveyors and CDM Principal Designer role. Management Contracting & ProcurementManagement contracting is a procurement route in when construction is carried out by different contractors, this might include MGRA appointing a number of principal contractors or subcontractors and professional team based on packages.
