When specific design remedies within our specialist field MGRA will design and prepare the specification for the works. Including full tender documents, usually alongside Architects and Engineers. Including appointment of contractors and Contract Administration.   

Building Consultancy

Pre Purchase and Pre Lease Surveys for Freehold or Leasehold. Due diligence based approach to property, focusing on ESG matters.

Management Contracting & Procurement

Management contracting is a procurement to construction by different contractors, this might include MGRA appointing a number of principal contractors or subcontractors and professional team based on packages to suit the client procurement policy.
