MGRA act as the agent in these circumstances, including Employers Agent on Design and Build contracts. We have just completed a new extension for Brevini in Warrington - an Italian engineering company.
We undertake rejuvenation projects for a wide range of clients, Landlords, Tenants and or owner occupiers. We also act as Principal or Agent depending on the role required.
We have also been involved in nationwide fit out programmes on behalf of national exams board acting as Construction Managers, including provision of furniture and other soft services on a new Call Centre. We have advised on exit strategies at lease end as well as freehold due diligence and appraisal of capital and revenue expenditure with clients from owner occupiers to international corporations as well as local companies relocating to new premises.

We have acted with Planet Interior Projects for clients in 2015 on the CAT B fit out of space at Liverpool One to turn a disused commercial office into a vibrant Brazilian themed restaurant, Bem Brasil. Including dealing with sub-contractor accounts and workmanship and material issues, even specifying and dealing with hardwoods from Brasil and importing of specialist equipment, through to the commissioning and launch on a fast track project programme. Currently on site Contract Managing the £1 Million fit out works on behalf of Classic Football Shirts Limited for completion in March 2020.
