We have acted for Ted Todd flooring in Warrington, over 11 years, being involved with the acquisition of their new facility at Chesford Grange Warrington, firstly to rejuvenate an existing disused factory into a retail showroom, design workshop, regional offices and national distribution warehouse facility. We have also advised on their London Mayfair premises and the leasehold issues pertaining to the occupation of a number of commercial units.
We carry out defect diagnosis reports and act as expert witnesses where litigation might ensue as well as act as Party Wall Surveyors where neighbourly issues might arise.
We are working with various occupiers and developers to rejuvenate the secondary stock left vacant due to changing market conditions. Whilst modern logistics involve relocation to large format industrial units and sites better served by transport infrastructure. We survey buildings where their use may be obsolete but the building fabric has inherent value.
We were involved with the settlement of Dilapidations claims on behalf of Australian property company and developers Goodman in the £2 million rejuvenation of Industrial space following the end of the Lease by a Nationwide logistics company 125,000 sq ft. We work with planning consultants in the submission and progression of approvals.
