Our Goal

The company was set up in 2006 to provide a boutique service to clients who wanted technical expertise whilst delivering on the set principles of time, cost, quality, risk and value. We.ve provided management and consultancy to some great partners during that period. 

Our goal is to rejuvenate the buildings and protect the intrinsic value encapsulated within the built environment. We aim to serve our clients in addressing their specific property, construction or building requirements.

Over the last 11 years we have worked with some great owners and occupiers in all different kind of sectors.  We have worked with private individuals as well as multi-nationals. 

The commercial scene

Whilst we are predominantly focused within the North West of England, covering the main cities and their regional neighbours such as Cheshire, Lancashire and Yorkshire. We also cover nationwide instructions whether in the Capitals of London and Edinburgh or regional industrial zones around Cardiff or Glasgow.

Our team approach

MGRA provide a 'one stop' Project Management service on wider considerations concerning asset management, with contacts across the professional spectrum including Agency, Architecture, Main Contractors, Specialist Sub Contractors, Environmental investigation and Site Clearance, Legal Conveyancing, Planning and Development as well Registered RICS surveyors. We can act as principal or agent in contract. Our flexibility within the team is our strength.
